When a leading pensions provider wanted an image to convey the joy and freedom of retirement it turned to Great Escape Classic Car Hire for help. They decided they wanted a picture of an iconic MGB sports car offering wind in the hair fun.From Great Escape's fleet of 50 classic cars for hire the photographer selected the company's 1971 MGB convertible in teal blue with tan interior for the shoot. Great Escape delivered the car using its own dedicated transport to Dulwich Park at 8.30am for the all day shoot.
The photographs involved two models and the car featured in virtually all the shots for the new advertising campaign.
"The image of wind in the hair classic open top motoring instantly conveys joy and freedom," explains Graham Eason of Great Escape. "This is the emotion that the advertising agency wanted to convey and we were very happy to help out."
