Acura TSX universal will show in New York

The car debuts on the International motor show in New York, and sales will begin in second half of this year.

Now Acura informs exact date of display of the first universal in the ruler. The premiere will take place on March, 31st on the International motor show in New York. TSX with a body universal will receive the appearance practically identical to the sedan with the same name, and as a basis for model creation has served European Honda Accord Tourer.

The company has not published still any official image of a novelty and it has appeared is rather avaricious on the comment, however about a car hardware some details are already known. Sensational them, however, to name it is impossible: universal will receive the same engines, as a sedan: their two and both of them petrol — the European diesel engine on Acura is not provided.

Subaru will present a serial hybrid in 2012

First hybrid prototype Subaru has been presented in 2005: the car constructed on platform Legacy also was equipped with a 2-l turbo-engine. Between the engine and transmission the additional electromotor power 10Kw took places.

The electric motor in this case was used only at a stage of the beginning of movement of the car, and also at active dispersal. Total power of a hybrid power-plant makes 260HP, and the maximum twisting moment reaches 350Нм.

On a present motor show to Tokyo, Subaru Motor has presented one more hybrid — the big hatchback with four landing places and huge doors of lambo type.

As the basic power unit the new 2-l engine with direct injection of the fuel, placed in a forward part of the car here is used. Besides the engine in hybrid installation there are two more electric motors — 10Kw the electromotor located in front, and 20Kw — behind.

On prospects of a batch production of this model it's informed nothing.

Japanese automobile company Honda has presented on the international automobile show in Geneva the European version Accord Tourer Type-S.

Universal Honda Accord Type-S it is completed by the diesel 4-cylinder engine iDTEC in volume 2,2L and power of 178HP, the twisting which moment is equal 380Nm. The car have equipped with 18-inch wheel disks and the increased bumper.
